FloraPulse is committed to making its websites and web applications accessible to people with disabilities — including growers reading dashboards on a phone in full field sunlight, screen-reader users, and anyone navigating by keyboard.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA across our public web pages — florapulse.com, app.florapulse.com, and docs.florapulse.com — and we apply the same standard to new work on our customer dashboard.
What we do
- Automated WCAG 2.1 AA testing (axe-core) runs against our public pages as part of our engineering verification suite, so accessibility regressions are caught before they ship.
- New customer manuals are published as accessible HTML pages rather than PDFs.
- Reported accessibility issues are triaged like product defects and remediated promptly.
- We periodically re-audit our public pages, documents, and forms.
Known limitations
Some of our older downloadable documents (PDF manuals and datasheets) predate this program and may not be fully tagged for assistive technology. If you have difficulty with any document, contact us and we will provide the information in an accessible format — many manuals are already available as HTML pages.
